Mission Statement

The Cameron University Tutoring Centers contribute to student success by providing academic support in a friendly, nonjudgmental, helpful environment with trained, knowledgeable, and respectful staff.

The Center for Academic Success is open to all Cameron students, providing assistance to students in all disciplines with an emphasis on general education courses. Center staff are available to help with general tutoring, computer literacy, study skills, time management skills, and test preparation strategies. Computers are available for students to access the internet and email accounts and do basic word processing and spreadsheets. Study areas for individuals or groups are available.
