During the month of August, we will be operating on a walk-in basis only rather than scheduling appointments. We'll have virtual walk-ins via Zoom or in-person walk-ins available, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (you are encouraged to walk-in no later than 4pm to help ensure ample time for advising). This will be a first come, first serve basis.

Option 1: In-Person Walk-ins

In-person walk-ins will be in the Wichita Room of Shepler Center (see its location here).

Option 2: Virtual Walk-ins

To get on the waiting list for Virtual walk-in advising, give us a call at 580-581-6741 on day you wish to enroll, at which time we will provide the meeting ID/link for you to join the meeting with the next available advisor.

When an advisor becomes available, we will call twice. If you do not pick up either time, we will move to the next person on our waiting list. When an advisor becomes available a second time, we will call you a third time to attempt to give you Zoom instructions. If you do not pick up the third time, you forfeit your spot and will have to request to be added to the waiting list again.
