Cameron University’s Center for Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurial Studies (CETES) is partnering with the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center (OKSBDC) and Great Plains Technology Center (GPTC) for a series of GrowthWheel business workshops aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs. The series will kick off with The GrowthWheel – Business Concept on Tuesday, March 31, at 3 p.m. in Room 109 at CETES on the Cameron campus. To register, go to https://business.oksbdc.org/Events.aspx.
“The GrowthWheel Program, which is a visual toolbox and online platform, is a great tool for anyone who plans to start a new business,” says Lankford. “It provides an outstanding pathway to assist newcomers to the business world in their quest to launch a start-up.”
Subsequent GrowthWheel workshops in the series will take place on April 28, May 28, and June 30. The cost to attend is $25 per workshop. The April 28 workshop will focus on the business organization, and the May 28 workshop will center around customer relations. The final workshop on June 30 will discuss business operations.
CETES is located on the west side of campus, off 38th Street. Parking is available across from the building.
