RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATIONS (RMA)

ITS handles all RMAs (Return Materials Authorizations) for state contract purchased computers.

Individual departments are responsible for contacting the vendor and arranging the return or replacement of all other parts.

If possible, ITS may be able to provide contact information.

Under special circumstances, ITS will assist in facilitating RMAs. Information such as the original purchase order and description of the problem will be required.
