Student Office/Box Office Assistant - Art, Music, and Theatre Arts
Job Description
Duties will include copying, filing, greeting students and other visitors to the office and by telephone, delivering documents to campus offices, running the box office, and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; have good oral and written communication skills; organizational skills; the ability to multi-task; ability to pick up information quickly; work flexible hours; and be professional. Ability to work during lunch hours is preferred (ideal hours are 11 :30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.), as well as some evenings from 6:30-9:30. Students taking night courses should not apply. Also, applicant must be able to answer the phone in a clear, professional manner and adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
