Student Office Assistant - CEFL
Job Description
Duties will include but are not limited to entering of computer data, assisting in bulk mailings, copying, filing, shredding, assisting with various projects, posting information around campus, greeting visitors to the office, answering phone calls, and other related duties as assigned. This position is open to all majors except students who are majors in the Department of Communication, English, and Foreign Languages.
Applicant must be able to work during the lunch hour!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must be punctual, dependable and possess a positive attitude. Applicants must have completed Composition I and II and have a 3.0 or above GPA. Applicants should have good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and have good oral and written communication skills. Applicants should be able to focus and pay close attention to detail while completing tasks. Applicants should be able to file alphabetically and chronologically. Applicants must be able to answer phone in a clear, professional and courteous manner and adhere to strict policy of confidentiality.
There will be an additional “Skills Assessment Test” consisting of 21 questions that must be completed in the CEFL Office for the job application to be considered complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
