Distance Learning Support Technician - Distance Learning
Job Description
Duties include connecting/disconnecting distance learning equipment, monitoring classes, and performing computer updates. Other duties include possible hardware troubleshooting in smart classrooms, faxing, copying, interact faculty and students in the ITV office and via telephone.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant should have good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to multitask. The successful applicants must be punctual, reliable and have a positive attitude. The following technical skills are preferred in the areas of, Windows 7 desktop knowledge, Microsoft Office, some A/V knowledge, and typing.
